Our terms of service outline the conditions under which you purchase products from Merriment Baubles. By placing an order, you agree to our policies regarding payment, shipping, returns, and customer service. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us to confirm your order status.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

We offer nationwide shipping within the Philippines. We are currently unable to ship internationally. If you have any questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact our customer service team.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Details

We use J&T Express delivery and Lalamove to deliver your orders. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link to monitor its progress.

Shipping times vary based on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-5 days for deliveries to Metro Manila. Please note that during peak periods or for remote areas, delivery may take a bit longer.

Yes, express same-day shipping is available through the Lalamove shipping option.

Free Shipping is available when you order 1500 pesos worth of items or more! For orders below this quantity and other shipping methods, standard shipping rates apply.

J&T Express Metro Manila: ₱ 65 

J&T Express Provincial: ₱ 95 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on our shipping partner’s website to track the status of your delivery. A tracking will be sent for orders through Lalamove. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us for assistance.
